Can one ever say enough about veggies!!!!! They are colorful, flavorful and full of wonderful vitamins and minerals. They abound in iron and potassium. A salad of dark leafy greens and spring greens with some fresh herbs and tomatoes is just amazing. It even keeps the plumbing working.

The preparation styles are endless...sauteeing, steaming, barbqueing or just plain raw...all terrific. And every meal should have at least one portion of veggies. Well its kind of hard to have veggies for breakfast.

On a diet you must learn to incorporate lots of vegetables into your eating habit.
