MY DIET
I'm on a really serious diet. And by the end of
this course gonna lose 15 ¾ pounds.
OK...How am I doing this??
Fish....lots of fish. Fish is good for you and not overly fatty. It has lots of stuff you need to get all your vitamins and minerals naturally. It fills you up as well as it's solid and not just a fruit or a veggie. Even though fruits and veggies are such an important part of a diet.....they just don't do the filling thing...no matter how much you eat. And fish is sooooo good. Broil it in a pan with a few orange slices or a few sprigs of dill....Cook it on the grill in tin foil with tomatoes and onions. It's just a good and tasty food.
